Project Coordinator – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Project Coordinator to support website development projects for a US‑based remote agency. Reporting to the Head of Delivery, you will help ensure smooth collaboration between internal teams and external partners while keeping projects on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Track project timelines and monitor task completion to meet deadlines.
• Coordinate daily task assignments between internal staff and agency partners.
• Maintain and update Asana boards using Kanban methodology.
• Perform basic content updates in WordPress or Shopify (copy, images, layouts) using page builders such as Elementor.
• Check GitHub branches for user‑level QA testing.
• Monitor scope changes, flag potential creep, and support process improvements.
• Communicate status, deliverables, and milestones to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of project management experience, preferably in a digital or web‑development agency.
• Proven ability to manage teams and enforce processes.
• Familiarity with WordPress and Shopify is a plus.
• Strong communication, organization and problem‑solving skills.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently in a fast‑paced remote environment.

What we offer

• Fully remote work with preferred locations in South Africa or Latin America.
• Salary USD 1,600 – 2,000 per month.
• Working hours 9 am‑5 pm (M‑T), 11 paid holidays and 10 days PTO annually.
