Project Coordinator I – Argentina

About the role

The Project Coordinator I provides administrative and coordination support to the Project Management and Clinical Operations teams throughout the lifecycle of clinical studies. This entry‑level role is ideal for candidates beginning their career in clinical research and works under close supervision to ensure study documentation quality and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and submit essential clinical trial and regulatory documents for site activation under supervision.
• Assist with collection, organization, and maintenance of site regulatory documents in CTMS and eTMF.
• Track and update project timelines, site status, and study milestones in project tracking systems.
• Support assembling, shipping, and reconciling Investigator Study Files (ISFs).
• Assist with study start‑up, maintenance, and close‑out activities, ensuring proper documentation.
• Maintain project‑related logs (ADI, training, site visit, correspondence).
• File and organize email correspondence and visit reports in the eTMF for audit readiness.
• Participate in internal project meetings and take minutes as required.
• Coordinate study‑specific training completion and SOLABS reconciliation.
• Provide general administrative and logistical support to Project Coordinators, Project Managers, and Clinical Operations.

Required profile

• College or bachelor’s degree.
• Experience in clinical research or a CRO/pharma environment is an asset.
• Proficiency in English (written and oral).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Learning agility, adaptability, and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• CTMS (Clinical Trial Management System).
• eTMF (electronic Trial Master File).
