Product Strategist - AI Trainer

About the role

We are expanding our AI Assistant platform to serve finance professionals and need a seasoned finance expert to train and evaluate our conversational models. As a Product Strategist – AI Trainer you will work remotely on a freelance basis, reviewing model outputs, testing complex financial scenarios, and providing structured feedback to improve accuracy and reasoning.

Key responsibilities

• Review and refine AI Assistant answers on macro trends, corporate finance, and capital markets.
• Design and present diverse, real‑world financial problems to probe model reasoning.
• Assess model outputs for correctness, logical consistency, and performance.
• Document clear, actionable feedback to guide each model iteration.
• Collaborate with the AI development team to prioritize improvements.

Required profile

• Fluent English (bilingual‑level proficiency).
• Detail‑oriented finance professional with strong analytical mindset.
• Advanced degree (MBA, Master’s, or PhD) preferred, or equivalent real‑world experience.
• Ability to work independently on a flexible schedule.
