Product Manager, Self Managed Service

About the role

We are seeking a Product Manager to lead the strategy and evolution of a self‑managed enterprise platform that enables organizations worldwide to deploy, configure and operate complex solutions in their own environments. The role is fully remote and offers the chance to shape a critical product area that spans cloud‑native, on‑premises and highly regulated deployments.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive the market‑focused vision, strategy and product requirements for the self‑managed product portfolio.
• Own and prioritize the product roadmap, balancing customer needs, business objectives, technical opportunities and market trends.
• Gather, analyze and act on feedback from customers, partners, communities and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with engineering to translate priorities into impactful initiatives and ensure timely delivery.
• Simplify enterprise deployments, reducing complexity and improving adoption across Kubernetes, container platforms, on‑premises and air‑gapped environments.
• Monitor market trends, competitive positioning and customer demand while supporting sales and solution teams.

Required profile

• Product management experience with complex technology products, especially SaaS and self‑managed/on‑premises solutions.
• Strong understanding of enterprise software development, deployment models and infrastructure concepts.
• Experience working with customers in regulated industries such as banking, financial services or insurance.
• Ability to translate customer feedback and market insights into clear product strategies.
