Product Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Product Manager to lead the design and implementation of no‑code and AI‑powered workflow solutions across our business functions. You will work closely with Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, and Finance to uncover operational pain points and deliver end‑to‑end automation that drives efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to map workflows, identify problems, and prioritize solutions.
• Source, evaluate, and implement no‑code/low‑code tools and AI‑driven automation without relying on engineering resources.
• Define and own the internal AI roadmap, targeting repetitive tasks and decision‑making improvements.
• Partner with engineering when custom development is required, writing clear requirements and overseeing delivery.
• Translate business needs into scalable systems and processes that grow with the company.

Required profile

• 4+ years of product management or business operations experience.
• Proven ability to work independently as a solo contributor.
• Strong communication skills across finance, sales, customer success, and other business functions.
• Systems‑thinking mindset and resourcefulness in finding existing solutions before building new ones.
• Experience in startup environments is a plus.
