Product Development Lead

About the role

We are looking for a Product Development Lead to own the creation of differentiated product concepts for Decolure’s private‑label portfolio. Working remotely from Argentina, you will translate market signals, customer insights and competitive data into clear product briefs that guide research, sourcing, design and branding teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive product concept briefs covering positioning, USP architecture, naming, size/variation mix, packaging direction, listing angle and brand voice.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (research, sourcing, brand management, design) to ensure concepts are executed efficiently.
• Allocate effort roughly 60% to deep concept work, 25% to partnership and decision‑making, and 15% to continuous‑improvement of existing products.
• Maintain alignment with Decolure’s data‑driven decision framework and measurable outcome targets.

Required profile

• Proven expertise in product strategy, product marketing, product innovation and product development.
• Strong background in product management, product launch, consumer brand strategy and category management.
• Conversational English proficiency.
• Ability to thrive in a high‑autonomy, remote environment.
