Marketing Coordinator – Brands & Influencer (LATAM Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator who will support our brands and influencer initiatives across Latin America while working fully remotely. The role sits in the Integrated Marketing department and reports to the Director of Integrated Marketing, helping to keep campaigns on schedule and ensuring smooth execution of influencer programs.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update the master marketing calendar, providing visibility of project timelines and launch priorities.
• Coordinate day‑to‑day tasks across multiple brands, monitor project updates and keep workflows organized.
• Track creative assets through production pipelines and deliver them to the appropriate teams on time.
• Manage operational logistics for influencer gifting and seeding programs, including product coordination, shipment tracking and documentation.
• Support creator briefings, content review processes and maintain organized records of creator lists, campaign assets and shipping details.
• Assist in gathering campaign performance data and contribute to influencer reporting.
• Support the systems and processes that enable marketing initiatives to scale efficiently.

• Strong organizational skills and a passion for bringing order to complex projects.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Interest in brand marketing and influencer partnerships within a fast‑growing sports industry.
