Paid Advertising Lead

About the role

BlueTuskr is seeking a Paid Advertising Lead to own and grow its social advertising practice for e‑commerce clients. The role is hands‑on, combining strategic client leadership with day‑to‑day campaign execution across major paid‑social platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary strategic contact for a portfolio of e‑commerce clients, leading performance reviews, QBRs and strategy sessions.
• Design, launch and optimise paid social campaigns on Meta, TikTok and Pinterest, including audience targeting, creative testing and budget allocation.
• Leverage paid search expertise (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads) to support SEM initiatives such as Shopping, Performance Max and YouTube.
• Develop testing frameworks, playbooks, reporting standards and onboarding processes for the social advertising department.
• Stay ahead of platform algorithm changes and emerging ad formats, translating insights into actionable strategies.
• Collaborate with project management, SEM and account teams to ensure cross‑channel alignment and a cohesive client experience.

Required profile

• Several years of hands‑on experience managing paid social campaigns for e‑commerce brands.
• Proven ability to build and scale a social advertising function from the ground up.
• Strong client‑facing skills with a data‑driven approach to performance communication.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced agency environment and delivering measurable results.
