Presentations Specialist

About the role

The Presentations Specialist creates and formats high‑impact pitch‑books, proposals, financial statements and other presentations following JPMorgan standards. Using Microsoft Office and design tools, the specialist ensures visual consistency and supports client‑facing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Process, coordinate and execute daily workflow and team deliverables.
• Produce deliverables according to departmental procedures and branding guidelines.
• Lead or deliver discrete portions of projects and, when required, manage a small team.
• Create complex, customized templates and cover pages for marketing pitches and roadshow presentations.
• Maintain client satisfaction by managing expectations and delegating tasks appropriately.
• Enforce confidentiality and information‑security policies.
• Identify and implement process improvements.
• Assist in training staff and partner with management on day‑to‑day operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Marketing or a related field.
• Customer‑service, consulting and negotiation experience.
• Advanced English proficiency; bilingual abilities are a plus.
• Strong analytical and critical‑thinking skills.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
