PPC & AEO Account Manager

About the role

We are looking for a PPC & AEO Account Manager to own a portfolio of client accounts across paid and organic search. You will act as the human‑in‑the‑loop, guiding our AI‑driven engine with strategy, judgment and client communication.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end client relationships: onboarding, strategy reviews, performance discussions and renewals.
• Set strategic direction for Google Ads campaigns and let the AI engine execute, intervening when necessary.
• Lead AEO (AI‑enhanced organic) engagements: audit AI assistant listings, define content and structured‑data roadmaps, and drive implementation.
• Translate performance data into clear recommendations for clients.
• Identify churn risk early and take proactive measures.
• Provide feedback to product teams based on client insights.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience managing Google Ads budgets.
• Working knowledge of AEO/GEO concepts such as LLM citation, structured data, and entity optimization, or deep SEO expertise.
• Strong client‑facing skills; able to communicate changes confidently.
• Comfortable working alongside automation, focusing on strategic judgment.
• Self‑managed and comfortable in a fully remote, async environment.
• Agency‑side experience managing multiple accounts is a plus.
