PowerBI Developer

About the role

OZ Digital LLC is seeking a PowerBI Developer to help clients maximize the value of their analytics environments. You will strengthen the reliability, usability, and performance of Power BI solutions while contributing to broader data modernization initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Support and maintain existing Power BI reports, dashboards, datasets, semantic models, and workspaces in production.
• Troubleshoot performance issues, refresh failures, data quality problems, access concerns, and user‑reported defects.
• Enhance and refactor Power BI models and reports to improve usability, maintainability, performance, and alignment with business needs.
• Apply best practices for data modeling, DAX, Power Query, visualization design, deployment, security, and workspace management.
• Support data integration workflows, including extraction, transformation, cleansing, and validation from SQL databases, APIs, files, and cloud platforms.
• Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and client stakeholders to ensure accurate and trusted reporting outputs.
• Create and manage Microsoft Fabric workloads such as lakehouses, warehouses, data pipelines, dataflows, notebooks, and semantic models.
• Assist in migrating and modernizing existing reporting assets to Fabric‑aligned patterns and monitor Fabric‑based data assets.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering and supporting Power BI solutions in a consulting or client‑facing environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate business questions into technical actions.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams and provide responsive support.
