Platform Staffing Specialist (Talent Marketplace)

About the role

We are looking for a Platform Staffing Specialist to drive the end‑to‑end process of talent matching, placement and account management within MAVI’s AI‑powered talent marketplace. Working closely with the Platform Manager and leadership, you will ensure smooth operations and high‑quality service for both customers and candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with leadership and the Platform Manager to understand job requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
• Act as the primary point of contact for MAVI customers, building trust and managing ongoing engagements.
• Develop long‑term relationships with customers by understanding their goals, preferences, and business needs.
• Support the matching process by reviewing candidate documentation and identifying best‑fit talent for open positions.
• Write clear, engaging job descriptions to attract talent from the internal network.
• Create professional candidate profiles for presentation to customers.
• Provide continuous support throughout the hiring process, ensuring consistent communication between talent and customers.
• Resolve issues that arise during active engagements to maintain alignment and satisfaction.
• Partner with leadership and internal teams to refine account and engagement management processes.

Required profile

• 4–9 years of experience in account management, staffing, recruitment coordination, or a related role.
• Very strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and customer relationships in a dynamic environment.
• Experience working in high‑speed, urgent, customer‑centric settings.
• High level of discretion and judgment when handling confidential or sensitive information.
