Pharmacovigilance Specialist with French

About the role

iQVIA is looking for a Pharmacovigilance Specialist with French to review, assess and process safety data and information received from various sources. Reports and data are distributed to internal and external third parties in line with regulations, Standard Operating Procedures and internal guidelines, under the guidance of senior operation team members. This is a trilingual role requiring fluency in English, Spanish and French.

Key responsibilities

• Process safety data according to applicable regulations, guidelines, SOPs and project requirements.
• Perform pharmacovigilance activities: collect and track incoming adverse events (AEs) and endpoint information, determine initial and updated status, enter data into the database, code AEs and products, write narratives and carry out literature-related activities.
• Ensure compliance with quality, productivity and delivery standards per project requirements.
• Liaise with functional team members and healthcare professionals to address project-related issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or a related field (mandatory).
• Fluency in English and French (mandatory); Spanish is also required for the role.
• Up to 3 years of previous clinical experience (desirable).
• 1 year of pharmacovigilance experience is highly valued (desirable).

The work modality is 100% home-based.
