Pharmacovigilance Specialist (English, Italian, Spanish)

About the role

IQVIA is looking for a Pharmacovigilance Specialist in Buenos Aires who can work in English, Italian and Spanish. The role reviews, assesses and processes safety data and information coming from many sources, then distributes reports and data to internal and external third parties in line with regulations, SOPs and internal guidelines, under the guidance of senior operations team members.

Key responsibilities

• Process safety data according to regulations, guidelines, SOPs and project requirements.
• Collect and track incoming adverse events (AEs) and endpoint information, determine their initial and updated status, enter them into the database, code AEs and products, write narratives and carry out literature-related activities.
• Ensure compliance with quality, productivity and delivery standards per project.
• Liaise with functional team members and healthcare professionals on project issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or a related field (mandatory).
• Fluency in English and Italian (mandatory); Spanish is also required.
• Up to 3 years of clinical experience desirable; 1 year of pharmacovigilance experience highly valued.
