Performance Marketer

About the role

SkyHouse Agency is looking for a performance‑driven Creative Strategist who will own the results of multiple direct‑to‑consumer offers. The role sits at the crossroads of psychology, data, copywriting and rapid execution, and is responsible for shaping the creative direction of paid acquisition campaigns across Meta, YouTube and emerging channels.

Key responsibilities

• Own the performance of assigned offers and be accountable for key metrics.
• Build and manage creative testing roadmaps based on data, customer psychology and business priorities.
• Develop new campaign angles, hooks, concepts and creative tests continuously.
• Write high‑impact copy for paid ads and acquisition assets.
• Direct designers and video editors, providing clear feedback on visuals.
• Monitor performance using tracking and analytics tools, analyse funnel metrics and split‑test results, and decide the next tests.
• Prepare weekly performance reports with insights, KPIs and recommendations.
• Track tasks and deadlines in ClickUp to ensure timely delivery.

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret metrics and data.
• Self‑motivated, accountable and comfortable taking ownership of projects.
• Fascinated by human psychology and its impact on advertising.
• Comfortable working with AI tools and exploring new technologies.

Required skills

• Experience with Meta advertising platforms.
• Experience with YouTube advertising platforms.
• Proficiency in using ClickUp for task and project management.
• Familiarity with AI‑driven creative workflows.
• Knowledge of analytics and tracking tools for performance measurement.
