Performance Graphic Designer

About the role

Otto is creating a dedicated AI computer for 24/7 personal use and needs a high‑output graphic designer to craft compelling visual ads and product imagery at startup speed. You will generate large volumes of static advertising creative, product renders and campaign concepts that drive performance across paid and social channels.

Key responsibilities

• Design high‑quality static ads for Meta, Instagram, X and other paid/social platforms.
• Produce dozens of creative concepts and variations each week, rapidly iterating on winning ads.
• Develop photorealistic product renders using AI tools and combine them with Photoshop for polished final assets.
• Place Otto’s hardware in realistic environments such as retail stores, desks, homes, billboards and packaging displays.
• Create bold, typography‑driven advertising that stops the scroll and meets mobile legibility standards.
• Collaborate with founders and the growth team to analyse CPA, CTR and conversion data and refine creative accordingly.
• Maintain an organized library of source files, templates and successful assets.

Required profile

• Expertise in Photoshop, including advanced compositing, retouching, product manipulation, lighting, shadows, perspective and color correction.
• Proven ability to turn rough AI‑generated images into commercial‑grade creative.
• Active use of AI image‑generation tools (e.g., Midjourney, Flux, Runway, Photoshop Generative Fill, OpenAI image generation).
• Strong understanding of advertising fundamentals: visual hook, clear message, hierarchy, legibility and conversion‑focused variations.
• Data‑driven mindset, comfortable iterating based on performance metrics.
