Performance Creative Strategist

About the role

Our client, a fast‑growing DTC apparel brand in the United States, is seeking a data‑driven Performance Creative Strategist. You will own the creative engine behind paid media growth, working closely with marketing leadership, creative teams, and paid‑media operations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own paid creative strategy across Meta, TikTok, Google and other acquisition channels.
• Build and manage a high‑performing ad creative system and testing framework.
• Analyze performance metrics such as CPA, ROAS, CAC, MER, CPM and AOV.
• Lead weekly creative strategy meetings and performance reviews.
• Brief video editors, graphic designers and content creators based on performance insights.
• Manage creative testing pipelines, ad‑fatigue planning and scaling decisions.
• Collaborate daily with marketing leadership and paid‑media teams on optimization.
• Support founder‑led content production and performance‑focused creative execution.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years managing paid creative strategy for a high‑growth DTC or eCommerce brand.
• Strong understanding of performance‑marketing metrics and paid‑media optimization.
• Experience building creative testing systems and performance reporting structures.
• Ability to work with fast‑moving creative production pipelines.
• Familiarity with AI‑powered ad creative tools (Arcads, Pencil, Creatify, Foreplay or similar).
• Proficiency with CapCut and analytics platforms (Triple Whale, Northbeam, Motion or similar).
• Comfort directing creator content and founder‑led performance creative.
• Excellent communication, organization and execution skills in a fast‑paced environment.
