People & Performance Partner

About the role

Halter is expanding into Argentina and seeks a People & Performance Partner to build the foundational people infrastructure for a new, high‑performing market team. You will partner with local leaders and the global People & Performance team to establish processes, support managers, and ensure smooth operations as the team scales.

Key responsibilities

• Establish people processes, leadership rhythms, documentation, and workflows for the new market team.
• Coach managers on feedback, performance conversations, development, and early employee relations.
• Own onboarding quality to convey mission, operating model, and cultural expectations from day one.
• Manage people logistics including systems, documentation, compliance, and employee information.
• Support market‑entry operations such as office setup, field‑team logistics, local vendor coordination, and fleet/vehicle processes.
• Provide ground‑level insights to People, Talent, Commercial, and leadership teams.

Required profile

• High‑judgment operator who builds trust quickly and stays calm in complex, ambiguous situations.
• Comfortable challenging managers directly, handling hard conversations, and maintaining a high‑performance bar with fairness and care.
• Proven ability to build processes from scratch, identify gaps, and take ownership without waiting for direction.
