People Operations Partner – Global (Remote)

About the role

Volga Partners is seeking a senior People Operations Partner to support its global workforce. This remote position works closely with the Director of People Operations to drive employee relations, workforce planning, compliance, and organizational communications across multiple countries.

Key responsibilities

• Support employee relations matters, conduct investigations and document findings.
• Review and update policies, procedures, corrective actions, and workforce communications.
• Assist with compliance reviews, audits, and risk identification.
• Partner with recruiting teams on workforce planning and hiring initiatives.
• Participate in project launches and operational readiness planning.
• Develop and communicate policy updates and organizational messages.
• Provide insights and recommendations to leadership on workforce strategy.

Required profile

• Demonstrated integrity, professionalism, and discretion in handling sensitive issues.
• Strong judgment and decision‑making ability with a bias toward fairness.
• Ability to balance employee advocacy with business needs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working in a global, remote environment.
