People Operations Partner (Global)

About the role

The People Operations Partner will act as a senior individual contributor within Volga Partners' People Operations function, supporting global workforce initiatives and employee relations. Reporting to the Director of People Operations, this remote role requires collaboration across multiple time zones and a strong commitment to integrity and sound judgment.

Key responsibilities

• Support employee relations matters and workplace concerns, including investigations and documentation reviews.
• Review and update policies, procedures, corrective actions, and workforce communications.
• Assist with compliance reviews, audits, and organizational initiatives.
• Identify potential employee relations, hiring, compliance, and operational risks.
• Participate in project launches and workforce readiness planning.
• Partner with recruiting teams on workforce planning and hiring initiatives.
• Assist with policy development and organizational communications.
• Support leadership discussions, provide recommendations, and deliver workforce‑related insights.
