About the role

Astria Learning is expanding its global team and seeks a People Manager to own the employee journey from attraction to development. The role blends full‑cycle recruitment with ongoing employee connection, retention, and culture building across multiple countries.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle recruitment for all markets, from vacancy definition to offer acceptance and pre‑boarding.
• Design and execute market‑specific recruitment strategies, selecting optimal channels such as LinkedIn, local job boards, universities, and referrals.
• Manage the day‑to‑day use of TalentFlow AI, ensuring accurate vacancy setup, screening questions, candidate communications, and data integrity.
• Build regular, meaningful connections with employees to understand motivations, identify retention risks, and support career‑development pathways.
• Collaborate with the HR Manager and department leaders to create development plans for high‑performers and strengthen people‑management strategies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑cycle recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Strong interest in employee development, retention, and organizational culture.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously and maintain proactive communication.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for building cross‑country employee relationships.
