Payroll Tax Mobility Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Payroll Tax Mobility Analyst to join our global payroll team. The specialist will ensure accurate mobility tax calculations and compliance for employees moving across borders, supporting our fast‑growing fintech platform.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and validate complex mobility tax calculations for employee travel and permanent transfers.
• Coordinate payroll updates and submissions with multiple global payroll vendors.
• Ensure compliance with cross‑border tax regulations, statutory filings and international wage‑and‑hour laws.
• Prepare and distribute global payroll and mobility tax reports to stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate payroll and accounting records.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding mobility tax and international payroll issues.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll or related tax roles.
• Familiarity with US payroll tax functions.
• Strong knowledge of global mobility tax, international payroll regulations and cross‑border compliance.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Required skills

• Intermediate to advanced Excel.
