Payroll Presales Specialist (Win Centre) - EY GDS

About the role

EY GDS, part of the global EY service delivery network, is hiring a GMx Capture Payroll Win Centre Specialist/Senior. The role supports end-to-end integrated payroll services pursuits, contributing to RFx responses, commercials, solution coordination, reporting and deal compliance, and to sales enablement for complex, multi-stakeholder deals. It is an individual contributor position with no formal people-management duties.

Key responsibilities

• Bid management: respond to RFx opportunities, prepare proposals, presentations and demonstrations, coordinate workstreams and flag risks early
• Commercial management: price quotes, support commercial modelling, manage bid approvals and support contracting and BAFO
• Solution support: map client needs to payroll offerings, prepare presentations, demos, business cases and win strategies
• Sales enablement: maintain the collateral repository, research and templates, and improve sales support with AI/automation insights
• MIS reporting: track the pipeline, maintain bid logs, win-loss reports and dashboards, and record data in Dynamics and the core CRM
• Deal compliance: run pre-deal risk checks, track risks and report compliance to Quality and Senior Management monthly

Required profile

• Graduate/MBA degree or equivalent
• 5-7+ years of experience
• Presales, bid and commercial/business development experience in BPO/ITeS/managed services
• Advantage: HR/payroll services exposure, commercial and CRM experience
• Ability to work remotely in a global, virtual team
