Part‑time SEO / GEO / AEO Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a part‑time SEO / GEO / AEO Specialist to help Sistaco, a fast‑growing global beauty brand, dominate emerging AI‑driven search platforms. You will expand our visibility across traditional Google search and new AI interfaces such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and Perplexity.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct keyword research, on‑page optimisation and technical SEO audits.
• Develop internal linking, site architecture and schema markup to improve entity authority.
• Analyse competitors and content gaps to drive organic traffic growth.
• Optimise content for Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) to increase AI citations and recommendations.
• Create Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO) assets, FAQs and content hubs to capture featured snippets and AI‑generated answers.
• Monitor AI platforms for brand references and build strategies to boost AI visibility.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to produce content briefs and AI‑assisted workflows.
• Report performance metrics and identify growth opportunities.

Required profile

• 3+ years of proven SEO experience, preferably in ecommerce or DTC environments.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to track and report organic and AI‑driven traffic.
• Excellent written communication and ability to work independently.

Required skills

• Ahrefs, SEMrush, Surfer, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics 4.
• Schema markup and entity optimisation.
• Keyword research, on‑page and technical SEO.
• Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity.
• Shopify or other ecommerce platforms.
