Part‑Time Remote Social Media Content Manager

About the role

Summit CFO is looking for a part‑time, remote Social Media Content Manager to bring its educational finance brand to life across multiple platforms. You will translate long‑form assets such as podcasts, webinars and interviews into engaging short‑form posts that educate entrepreneurs and build trust.

Key responsibilities

• Convert podcasts, webinars, interviews and long‑form videos into bite‑size social media content.
• Maintain and update the content calendar to ensure a consistent posting cadence.
• Design carousel posts, graphics and other visual assets that align with the brand voice.
• Write compelling captions that encourage conversation and reinforce credibility.
• Schedule and publish content on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and additional platforms.
• Monitor engagement metrics, identify performance gaps and suggest improvements.
• Stay current on social media trends and propose fresh ideas for content expansion.

Required profile

• Proven experience creating and managing social media content for a brand or agency.
• Strong understanding of content marketing strategy and audience education.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines and collaborate remotely.
• Comfort with flexible hours and a requirement for occasional overlap with U.S. Central Time.

Required skills

• Proficiency with major social platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube).
• Basic graphic design skills for carousel and visual post creation.
• Copywriting ability to craft engaging, brand‑consistent captions.
• Familiarity with content scheduling tools and analytics dashboards.
