Paralegal – Customer Success (LegalTech)

About the role

Codekeeper is looking for a Paralegal who loves helping customers succeed. Working within the Customer Success team, you will combine legal expertise with SaaS support to ensure clients get the most out of our software escrow platform.

Key responsibilities

• Draft and review legal agreements tailored to customer requirements, with manager oversight before delivery.
• Respond to user and lead inquiries via email and chat, providing clear guidance on product usage and account management.
• Assist customers in connecting their source‑code management platforms to our service, ensuring correct technical setup.
• Support sales‑related conversations with prospective clients, helping them understand the offering.
• Conduct legal research, prepare reports based on client‑provided information, and deliver findings promptly.

Required profile

• Paralegal qualification or equivalent legal experience.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced SaaS environment.
• Excellent written communication skills for drafting documents and interacting with clients.
• Customer‑service mindset with a proactive approach to problem solving.
