Paralegal – Customer Service (LegalTech)

About the role

Codekeeper is looking for a Paralegal who loves helping customers and thrives in a fast‑paced SaaS environment. As part of the Customer Success team, you will combine legal expertise with client interaction to ensure users get the most out of our LegalTech platform.

Key responsibilities

• Draft and review legal agreements tailored to customer requirements, preparing documents for manager approval before delivery.
• Respond to user and lead inquiries about the service and account management, ensuring timely and accurate support.
• Assist customers in setting up connections to their source‑code‑management platforms and verify correct administration on our side.
• Provide sales support by guiding prospects through email and website chat, helping them understand the offering.
• Conduct legal research, inspect client‑provided information, draft reports, and return them to customers.

Required profile

• Paralegal background with strong attention to detail.
• Passion for delivering excellent customer service.
• Comfortable working in a remote‑first, fast‑moving SaaS environment.
• Ability to communicate clearly with both legal and technical stakeholders.
