Paid Media Analyst

About the role

Freitag Marketing is seeking a Paid Media Analyst to support the execution, optimization, monitoring, and reporting of paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and other platforms. The analyst will work closely with the Paid Media Lead to ensure campaign health, data accuracy, and operational efficiency for multiple client accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Execute, maintain, and update paid media campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, and additional platforms according to strategy.
• Monitor performance metrics, budget pacing, conversion tracking, and overall account health, flagging issues and opportunities.
• Support optimization through keyword research, audience analysis, testing, and performance reviews.
• Prepare and maintain reports, dashboards, trackers, and documentation for clear performance visibility.
• Perform quality‑assurance checks on ads, landing pages, tracking implementations, and platform settings.
• Collaborate with the Paid Media Lead to communicate findings, resolve blockers, and contribute to account growth initiatives.

Required profile

• 2+ years of hands‑on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Experience with lead‑generation or e‑commerce accounts.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage recurring operational, reporting, and QA tasks across multiple accounts.
• Upper‑intermediate English proficiency and ability to work independently within established processes.
