Outlet & Banquet Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Outlet & Banquet Supervisor to lead our Food & Beverage team in delivering exceptional restaurant and banquet experiences. You will oversee daily operations, ensure high‑quality service, and create memorable moments for every guest.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise day‑to‑day operations of restaurant outlets and banquet functions, guaranteeing smooth and efficient service.
• Coach, motivate, and support team members, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
• Identify and implement improvements to service standards and operational processes.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and company policies.
• Monitor service quality and coordinate with Culinary, Sales, and other departments to execute events flawlessly.

Required profile

• A degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel & Restaurant Management, Tourism, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations with supervisory experience in restaurants, banquets, or hotels.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team‑management abilities.
• Excellent knowledge of restaurant service, banquet operations, and guest service excellence.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, holidays, and special events.
