Operations Specialist - PV Intake Agent

About the role

This Operations Specialist position puts you at the forefront of patient safety. As a PV Intake agent, you will work directly with healthcare professionals and patients every day, performing PV intake activities, PV follow-ups and PV reconciliations to optimise the safety profiles of products across therapeutic areas. The role sits within IQVIA's safety department, which offers ongoing training and development from in-house safety experts.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and document incoming telephone calls, voicemails, chats, faxes or emails from investigative sites or other sources reporting lifecycle safety data.
• Triage the PV mailbox, carry out PV intake activities, PV follow-ups and PV reconciliations.
• Translate content where necessary.
• Receive and document safety information from external customers such as patients and healthcare providers, summarising reports based on vital information for the project.
• Identify and transfer out-of-scope inquiries to the local point of contact provided by the client.
• Share clear, accurate information with healthcare professionals and patients using approved call scripts and resources.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or a related field (mandatory).
• Fluency in English (mandatory); French is a strong asset.
• Previous PV experience (required).
