Operations Project Manager / Coordinator (Remote)

About the role

Our client builds and operates interactive digital kiosks and signage for events, retail and entertainment across North America. They are seeking a proactive Operations Project Manager / Coordinator to own end‑to‑end delivery of hardware‑enabled projects, ensuring they are completed on time, on budget and to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end project delivery from kickoff through launch, ensuring timelines, budgets and quality standards are met.
• Own and optimise ClickUp as the single source of truth, creating workflows, templates, dashboards and managing task dependencies.
• Develop and maintain scalable SOPs, checklists and reporting structures to improve efficiency and reduce rework.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams including sales, operations, creative, software, fabrication, logistics, finance, vendors and field crews.
• Track and maximise client bill‑backs, change orders, recoverable expenses and margin protection.
• Plan and execute logistics for hardware shipping, receiving, staging, installation and returns.
• Identify cost‑reduction opportunities across procurement, vendors and operational workflows.
• Communicate project status, risks and approvals to clients and internal stakeholders with professionalism.

Required profile

• Certified Project Manager or Coordinator with a proactive, structured approach.
• Experience managing fast‑paced, high‑volume projects on 3‑6 week waterfall timelines.
• Strong ability to raise risks early, keep projects moving and meet fixed go‑live dates.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
