Operations Manager

About the role

Relay Delivery is seeking an Operations Manager to optimise critical operations and drive financial health for thousands of restaurants. This full‑time remote position will serve as the operational backbone, ensuring daily workflows run smoothly across rider supply, live operations, and support coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain consistent execution of daily operations across all critical workflows.
• Build and sustain scalable processes for sourcing, rider pay, live operations, and customer experience.
• Act as the primary liaison between sourcing, rider pay, live operations, CX, and leadership.
• Identify and resolve problems proactively before they escalate.
• Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in operations, logistics, or delivery/gig‑economy platforms.
• Proven ability to run execution independently with high autonomy.
• Team supervision experience with a focus on accountability.
• Strong financial literacy for handling payments or incentives at scale.
• Analytical mindset comfortable with data analysis and reporting tools.
