Supply and Logistics Project Manager

About the role

As a Supply & Logistics Project Manager (SLPM) at Parexel, you will lead global clinical logistics projects, ensuring delivery of clinical supplies and laboratory materials on time, within budget, and in full compliance with regulatory standards. You will combine deep clinical and laboratory logistics expertise with strategic insight to create innovative solutions that meet study objectives and client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Review and approve project scope, timelines, and budgets; communicate deliverables to all stakeholders.
• Develop logistics concepts and solutions that align with study goals while maintaining profitability.
• Manage project resources, allocate FTEs, and lead teams toward performance and professional development.
• Design and execute clinical supply, sourcing, manufacturing, distribution, and laboratory logistics strategies in compliance with ICH‑GCP, GMP, GCLP, and customs regulations.
• Utilize supply‑chain simulation and forecasting tools to optimise inventory and adjust supply schedules based on study progress.
• Oversee financial aspects including budgets, revenue recognition, profitability reporting, and Pass‑Through Cost (PTC) management.
• Serve as primary client liaison, engage in solution improvements, and represent Parexel in bids and professional meetings.
• Monitor project quality, support process improvements, lead CAPA initiatives, and prepare for audits and inspections.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree (field not specified).
• Extensive experience in clinical logistics or supply chain management within regulated environments.
• Proven ability to lead multi‑stakeholder projects and make independent decisions.

Required skills

• Knowledge of ICH‑GCP, GMP, GCLP, and customs regulations.
• Experience with supply‑chain simulation and forecasting tools.
• Familiarity with CAPA processes, audit preparation, and risk assessment methodologies.
