Operations Executive

About the role

Essentialist is a members‑only travel service that designs highly personalized journeys worldwide. As an Operations Executive you will work behind the scenes to turn curated itineraries into flawless travel experiences for our members.

Key responsibilities

• Price suppliers across itineraries while adhering to company pricing rules.
• Review itineraries for completeness and accuracy, proactively identifying and resolving gaps.
• Manage end‑to‑end bookings for flights, hotels, restaurants, experiences, transfers and concierge services.
• Handle changes, amendments, cancellations and operational updates from providers.
• Produce accurate travel documentation, invoices and keep internal systems up to date.
• Collaborate closely with Travel Designers and internal teams to ensure flawless execution and a high‑quality member experience.

Required profile

• Professional fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Experience in travel operations, reservations or luxury hospitality.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple complex itineraries in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
• Solutions‑oriented, process‑driven and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills and understanding of luxury travel standards.

Required skills

• English (professional fluency)
• Familiarity with GDS systems (Sabre preferred)
