Online Language School Franchise Partnership – Argentina

About the role

The Argentina Online Language School Franchise Partnership is a remote, contract role focused on launching and growing Lingua Learn’s presence in Argentina. You will lead market strategy, operations and client acquisition for both public and corporate customers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement local market strategies and adapt offerings to Argentine needs.
• Manage the franchise’s online language school operations, including e‑commerce and CRM tools.
• Coordinate with Lingua Learn’s Global Franchise Support Team across HR, sales, marketing, administration and academics.
• Oversee client acquisition, relationship management and supervise local staff and teacher engagement.
• Monitor performance metrics, ensure high‑quality course delivery and maintain brand standards.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills for building professional relationships.
• Analytical and research abilities to assess market opportunities and interpret data.
• Excellent writing skills for proposals and localized marketing content.
• Training experience or ability to support onboarding of staff and teachers.
• Proven business development, franchise management or education services experience, preferably online.
• Fluent Spanish and strong English; additional languages a plus.
• Comfort with digital tools such as CRM systems, e‑commerce platforms and collaboration software.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, independent work style and readiness to operate a remote franchise.
