Onboarding Expert

About the role

As an Onboarding Expert at Clipboard, you will guide new and re‑activated healthcare professionals through their first steps on our app. You will ensure a smooth, supportive experience that helps workers feel confident and ready for their first shift.

Key responsibilities

• Make approximately 60 targeted outbound calls per day to app users.
• Host about five pre‑booked 15‑minute onboarding consultations daily.
• Send follow‑up emails and texts to answer questions and support onboarding.
• Respond to inbound messages and support tickets.
• Maintain clear documentation of all interactions.
• Identify pain points and suggest improvements to the worker experience.
• Act as a trusted partner, helping professionals feel prepared for their first shift.

Required profile

• Enjoy talking to people, solving challenges, and generating excitement about the platform.
• Comfortable making a high volume of calls in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Organized, reliable, and able to follow through on tasks.
• Curious, resourceful, and focused on root‑cause analysis.
• Quick to learn new tools and systems.
• Observant of pain points and proactive in driving improvements.
• Available to work weekdays on US Eastern Time.
• Experience in inside sales, client onboarding, customer support, or healthcare recruiting is a plus but not required.
