Onboarding Coordinator – Remote (Argentina)

About the role

Kelly is seeking an Onboarding Coordinator to deliver a smooth, end‑to‑end onboarding experience for new hires across technical and commercial teams. Working remotely from Argentina, you will partner with recruiters, hiring managers and HR to ensure every new employee is ready to start on day one.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate all onboarding activities from offer acceptance through the start date.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for new hires, answering questions and guiding them through the process.
• Schedule onboarding sessions, orientation activities and equipment deliveries.
• Monitor completion of background checks, documentation and pre‑employment requirements.
• Arrange system access and equipment requests where applicable.
• Track onboarding milestones, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Communicate regularly with recruiters, hiring managers and HR teams.
• Maintain accurate onboarding records in the client’s systems.
• Proactively resolve onboarding issues while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience supporting recruiting operations or onboarding.
• Strong organizational and project‑coordination abilities.
• Capacity to manage multiple onboarding activities simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to work independently within established processes.

Required skills

• Experience using ATS platforms.
• Experience using HRIS platforms.
