Observability & Monitoring Analyst

About the role

Coderio is looking for an Observability & Monitoring Analyst to design, implement and maintain proactive monitoring solutions for its global client base. You will work closely with Operations and DevOps teams to ensure high availability, performance and rapid incident resolution across cloud and containerized environments.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the company’s observability strategy following SRE and DevOps best practices.
• Configure business‑impact driven SLO/SLI thresholds and reduce alert noise.
• Develop and maintain real‑time dashboards in tools such as Grafana and Kibana.
• Automate monitoring deployment, incident response and basic AIOps workflows using scripting.
• Administer, patch and optimise monitoring platforms while controlling infrastructure costs.
• Create and maintain service maps, runbooks and troubleshooting documentation.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in Monitoring, IT Operations, SRE or Systems Administration.
• Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or GCP) and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong Linux administration skills and proven ability to perform root‑cause analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
