Node.js Software Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Node.js Software Engineer to join our banking project team. The role focuses on modern backend development, micro‑services architecture, and cloud‑based solutions, working closely with colleagues in Cordoba.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Node.js and TypeScript.
• Build and consume RESTful APIs and integrate them with internal and external systems.
• Implement micro‑services‑based solutions on AWS infrastructure.
• Write unit tests and ensure code quality and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional agile teams and participate in technical discussions.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of fraud‑prevention systems.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience with Node.js and TypeScript.
• Hands‑on experience developing and integrating REST APIs.
• Practical knowledge of AWS services such as EKS, DynamoDB, RDS, SQS, SNS, and MSK.
• Experience building and maintaining micro‑services.
• Familiarity with AI tools is a plus.
