NetSuite Functional Analyst

About the role

Trafilea is looking for a NetSuite Functional Analyst to act as the bridge between business needs and technical delivery. You will translate requirements into functional specifications, prioritize work, and guide projects from concept to production within a fully remote, tech‑driven eCommerce environment.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and convert them into clear functional specifications, epics, and user stories.
• Drive NetSuite initiatives through requirement gathering, milestone definition, implementation, and production.
• Own and maintain the NetSuite project backlog, ensuring priorities, specifications, deadlines, and status are up‑to‑date.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technology teams, and the PMO to align expectations and capacity.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers early and take corrective actions.
• Monitor and report on product and project KPIs, milestones, and acceptance criteria.
• Partner with Business Intelligence to create dashboards that improve visibility into team performance and risks.
• Continuously improve tools, processes, and documentation while staying aware of relevant technology trends.

Required profile

• 4+ years of hands‑on NetSuite functional experience, including configuration, workflows, SuiteFlow, and SuiteAnalytics.
• Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into ERP functional specifications.
• Strong understanding of core processes such as Order‑to‑Cash, Procure‑to‑Pay, and Record‑to‑Report.
• Experience gathering requirements and producing clear functional documentation.
• Effective communication skills with both technical and non‑technical audiences.
