NetSuite Developer – Field Service Management (Remote, LATAM)

About the role

We are looking for a NetSuite Developer with strong experience in Field Service Management (FSM) to join our remote LATAM team. You will configure, develop and support NetSuite solutions, focusing on FSM modules, and work closely with functional consultants and clients to turn business needs into technical implementations.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement custom NetSuite solutions, including SuiteScript, workflows and FSM configurations.
• Configure and optimise FSM features such as dispatch, scheduling, work orders and resource management.
• Create and maintain custom scripts using SuiteScript 2.0/2.1 (and 1.0 where required).
• Collaborate with functional consultants, project managers and end‑users to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Develop integrations with third‑party systems via REST or SOAP APIs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing NetSuite/FSM implementations.
• Perform release preview testing to ensure compatibility before NetSuite upgrades.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience with NetSuite ERP.
• Proven experience creating custom scripts with SuiteScript 1.0, 2.0 and 2.1.
• Direct experience with NetSuite Field Service Management.
• Familiarity with GIT version control.
• College or university degree in Computer Science or related field.
• NetSuite SuiteCloud Developer Certification is a plus.
