MRP Controller – Supply Chain Planning

About the role

Join Siemens Global Business Services as an MRP Controller supporting Siemens Mobility US operations. You will turn demand into action by planning materials, managing purchase requirements, and ensuring production continuity.

Key responsibilities

• Execute MRP and material planning activities in SAP/ERP based on production and project demand.
• Create and manage Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders, monitor material availability, and proactively address shortages.
• Expedite critical materials, work directly with suppliers, and coordinate with Production Planning, Engineering, Procurement and Material Management teams.
• Review BOMs, inventory levels and planning data to identify and resolve discrepancies, optimizing inventory and material flows across projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Business, Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement or Material Planning, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Hands‑on experience with MRP/ERP systems; SAP experience highly valued.
• Advanced English (written and spoken) and strong analytical mindset.
