Operations & Project Manager (Remote, Argentina)

About the role

We are seeking an Operations & Project Manager to join a US‑based CPG manufacturing and 3PL group. This fully remote, full‑time position works Eastern Time hours from Argentina and reports directly to the founder.

Key responsibilities

• Own the product lifecycle from idea and formulation through packaging, production, and fulfillment.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and accountability across clients, manufacturers, and suppliers.
• Centralize scattered client information into organized, accessible systems.
• Build and improve systems and automation using Monday.com, Slack, and AI tools.
• Manage client, manufacturer, and supplier relationships and keep all parties accountable.
• Handle new‑client follow‑ups and onboarding.
• Provide proactive thought partnership to the founder with weekly check‑ins.

Required profile

• Proven project management and client or account management experience.
• Experience in CPG, manufacturing, supply chain, or 3PL/fulfillment.
• Knowledge of the product lifecycle.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Full‑time availability during Eastern Time hours.
