Mining Client Group Leader

About the role

Lead complex, cross‑functional engagements within the mining sector, driving business growth through solution definition, sales pursuit management, and strategic client relationships. Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, leveraging deep expertise in mining operations, planning, scheduling and technology‑driven solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and promote solutions aligned with business objectives and sustainability goals.
• Build and guide multidisciplinary groups to deliver successful outcomes and meet service level agreements.
• Develop and maintain relationships with senior leadership, serving as a strategic advisor.
• Lead sales pursuit management and support account management for mining technology solutions.
• Create client proposals and drive business development initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Economics, Accounting, Administration or related field.
• Minimum 12 years of relevant experience, including senior roles in mining operations, planning and scheduling.
• Proven track record in sales pursuit management, client proposal development and business relationship building.
• Consulting experience with technology solutions for the mining industry.
