Mid-level DevOps Engineer (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Mid-level DevOps Engineer to support and enhance our SaaS infrastructure. The position is fully remote and focuses on maintaining deployment pipelines, monitoring services, and ensuring platform reliability across both Windows and Linux environments.

Key responsibilities

• Support, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines.
• Manage application deployments in production and non‑production environments.
• Monitor infrastructure, services, and application performance.
• Troubleshoot deployment, connectivity, and production issues.
• Analyze logs, alerts, and system metrics to resolve operational problems.
• Handle configurations, certificates, DNS records, and basic firewall rules.
• Support Docker and Kubernetes‑based deployments.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and support teams to address infrastructure and application challenges.
• Document infrastructure changes, procedures, and technical solutions.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, systems administration, or application support.
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Azure.
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and using Git‑based workflows.
• Basic knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
• Administration skills in both Windows and Linux environments.
• Understanding of networking fundamentals such as DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, SSL/TLS, firewalls, and load balancers.
• Ability to troubleshoot using logs and monitoring tools.
• Basic scripting skills in PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
• Self‑driven, able to work independently and manage tasks effectively.
