Mid-Level Architect

About the role

As a Mid‑Level Architect at Gensler you will be involved in every stage of the design process, turning innovative concepts into technically sound solutions. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high‑quality architectural projects while maintaining clear communication with clients and consultants.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the design and delivery of architectural and technical aspects of projects.
• Coordinate project teams to develop finished plans, specifications, and material selections.
• Prepare and verify the accuracy of technical documents and construction drawings.
• Collaborate with consultants, contractors, fabricators, and regulatory agencies to meet project objectives.
• Support communication among clients, vendors, contractors, and permitting officials.
• Produce architectural drawings and documentation as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Architecture (or foreign equivalent) and licensed/registered architect.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in an architectural practice.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and structural systems.
• Proven leadership, relationship‑management, and fiscal accountability.
