Rendering Designer Architect (Hybrid)

About the role

We are seeking a Rendering Designer Architect to join our growing home‑improvement team. In this hybrid position you will create high‑quality pre‑sales renderings that help sales representatives showcase projects to potential customers. You will work closely with the sales design team and internal leadership, taking ownership of rendering projects from start to finish.

Key responsibilities

• Create pre‑sales renderings for potential customers.
• Collaborate with sales designers to understand project requirements.
• Translate design concepts and customer needs into clear visual renderings.
• Manage rendering workload so the technical design team can focus on permit drawings.
• Maintain organized project information and communicate updates with the team.
• Apply construction knowledge to produce realistic and practical designs.

Required profile

• Entry‑level to mid‑level professional with experience in rendering, design, drafting, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of residential construction processes.
• Excellent attention to detail and visual accuracy.
• Good written and verbal English communication skills.
• Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a remote U.S.‑based team.

What we offer

• Full‑time schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern Time.
• Standard U.S. holidays.
• 10 days of paid time off annually.
• Base salary of USD $2,000 per month, depending on experience.
