Meta Ads Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Media Buyer with 2–4+ years of experience to plan, launch, monitor and scale paid advertising campaigns, focusing primarily on Meta platforms. The role is fully remote and operates as an independent contractor within our Media Buyer department.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch, manage and optimise paid campaigns across Meta platforms using Meta Ads Manager.
• Monitor performance metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CPL, CTR, CPC, CPM and conversion rates.
• Develop and execute media‑buying strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct audience, placement, creative and offer testing, including A/B and multivariate tests.
• Scale successful campaigns while maintaining efficiency and manage budgets effectively.
• Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to produce high‑performing ad concepts.
• Prepare regular performance reports and stay updated on Meta advertising changes.

Required profile

• 2–4+ years of professional media buying or paid social advertising experience.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Meta Ads Manager and campaign structures.
• Proven ability to analyse data and optimise campaigns based on performance metrics.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and attention‑to‑detail skills.
