Member of Technical Staff – Legal Research (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Member of Technical Staff specialized in Legal Research to join a global software development leader. This full‑time remote position focuses on analysing complex legal and regulatory frameworks and translating them into technical solutions that support product development and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Research and interpret statutes, regulations, and case law to guide product decisions.
• Design and build technical frameworks and tools that automate legal‑research workflows.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and compliance teams to embed legal insights into product design.
• Monitor emerging legal trends and assess their impact on technology solutions.
• Produce technical documentation and guidelines to ensure legal compliance throughout the development lifecycle.

Required profile

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree or equivalent legal education.
• Proficiency with legal‑research methodologies and tools.
• Experience conducting regulatory analysis and working with compliance frameworks.
• Ability to convert legal concepts into clear technical requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
