About the role

The Martell Group is looking for a proactive Marketing Virtual Assistant to support its marketing and content teams. This contract position focuses on handling essential operational tasks so senior marketers can concentrate on strategy and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with execution and coordination of multi‑channel marketing initiatives.
• Manage project timelines, task tracking, and marketing workflows.
• Prepare assets, documents, and materials for campaign launches.
• Maintain organized marketing files, content libraries, and documentation.
• Publish content across social media and digital platforms, coordinating captions, thumbnails, and supporting assets.
• Research industry trends, competitors, and content opportunities.
• Handle recurring administrative tasks, schedule meetings, and track deliverables.
• Support data entry, reporting, and process documentation.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and leadership teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Required profile

• Highly organized and detail‑oriented.
• Tech‑savvy and comfortable with fast‑paced environments.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Available during North American business hours; Latin America residency preferred.
